2Account Registration & Verification

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Multiple accounts under the same person's name are not permitted.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed after creating an account.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Deposits made using a third-party account or incorrect information will not be refunded.
• Deposits are usually credited to the account instantly. If a delay occurs due to technical issues, it will be resolved within 24 hours.

Withdrawal Rules

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bat1111's bonuses and promotions are designed to offer members added value. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within the specified time after registration and must meet the minimum deposit requirement.

Wagering Requirement

Every bonus at bat1111 comes with a wagering requirement. For example, if the wagering requirement is 30x and the bonus amount is ৳1,000, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously. bat1111 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when betting on bat1111. Violating these terms may result in bets being voided and accounts being suspended.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless bat1111 acknowledges a technical error.
• Bets placed late during live betting may not be accepted due to technical reasons.
• If an error is found in the odds, bat1111 reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds.
• Any bet placed on the basis of match fixing or insider information will be considered void.
• Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios

Bat1111 may void a bet and refund the deposited amount under any of the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled.
• If an obvious technical error is identified in the odds.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.).
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat1111 platform. Involvement in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating an account using false information.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or glitches on the platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Using abusive or threatening language toward bat1111 staff.

7Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Bat1111 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• In cases of suspicious financial transactions.
• Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Bat1111 typically sends an email notice before closing an account. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.

8Privacy & Data Protection
